Sofia Vergara’s Underwear Brand, Eby, Is The Most Comfortable I’ve Ever Worn
The search for the perfect underwear is endless. Even when I find one I do like, it’s hard to stay loyal with the abundance of options that exist. For me, underwear was really just something I’d wear as part of a sexy lingerie set for the pure purpose of vanity or as a necessary evil while on my period. It didn’t really cross my mind that underwear could be comfortable till I tried EBY’s seamless panties ($15, EBY) and buttery soft tanks ($48, EBY).
The underwear and tanks from co-founder Sofia Vergara and philanthropist Renata Black’s brand aren’t just comfortable—as a die-hard supporter of going commando and braless (TMI?), I can honestly say these feel even better than being naked. Not only that, 10 percent of proceeds from the brand go toward funding the businesses of women living in poverty around the world. In 2020 alone, the brand brought 7,530 women and children out of poverty.
It doesn’t stop there—Black says another one of her ultimate goals is to help more than one million women out of poverty and into business. The fabric is the softest I’ve ever worn.
As a total fashion junkie, I thought my body had worn every fabric out there. I was completely wrong. The silky seamless thong and ultra lightweight, breathable tank I tried were unlike anything my skin had touched before, and that was absolutely purposeful. “Our technology makes us truly seamless with an unmatched, second-skin feel,” says Black—and I can completely attest to that.

The tank is a bit sheer, so it’s not something I’d wear on its own when I’m out, but paired with the high-waisted thong ($15, EBY), it’s something I feel super sexy lounging in at home or wearing underneath my clothes when I need a bit of coverage but don’t actually feel like wearing underwear (which is most of the time).
